For now I think Im a normie. Jaw is good, eyes crappy, but can be saved with manipulation. skin mediocre. In 2024 I’ll fully ascend to a gigachad. Btw, all I’m gonna do is softmax. At best get trt when I’m like 80 or smth. I’m 16 for now.

SKIN/ -
Collagen supplements
Eating bone marrow for collagen, it tastes so elite level. Foods for the ELITES
Moisturizer, nothing fancy. Just use bioderma
Sunscreen
Cleanser
Exfoliator
Put face in cold water, to close pores, removes acne also makes ur face more chiseled.
Body moisturizer
Get a tan this summer, all over while doing my boxing training.
Water, water, water



HAIR:
Stopped brushing because my hair is curly

Use olive oil once a week

Air dry

Use baby shampoo to avoid damaging my fair follicles with the BS benz chemical bs, also avoid estrogenics. They’re all PSYOPS

Gonna use mixodil at some point is balding occurs.

Face:
Mewing always

Have overal good back and neck posture

Relax my massator muscles to let the hard mew and thumbpulling do its thing

Chew gum, especially on my right side to fix assymetry. For the massator gainz.
Neck training for aesthetics+boxing.

Cold water face plunge, and reduced inflammation and burn the brown fat around my face. I’m already lean to begin with but still.

Since I box, I train my jaw muscles via mouthguard by clenching

Eyes:
Eyebrowmaxxing -use castor oil
Lashesmaxxing - use castor oil
Eye shapemaxxing: ice plunge, burn the fat around.
Aegyo sal training, basically move my lower eyelids to hypertrophize them. Whats good about them is that they dont cause wrinkles
Shaving/waxing unibrow for now, gonna do lazer one day.

Facial hair:
since im only 16 and i got low androgen receptors in my face, idgaf. My dad was a late bloomer anyway.

designer stubble or disconnected goatee. See which one works when I’m older and stick to it.

glucosamine supplements

Height lifts u put in ur shoes and then thick 2 inch souls. Im 5’10, so it’ll make me 6 ft

Every upper body movement I do, is done wide as possible, to get clavicles and scapula microfractures.

Wearing earrings is a big no in most martial arts, either grappling or striking art. It can lead to severe injuries and cuts.
Even if you tape them during training or sparring sessions, the tape loosens up as you sweat.

Stop training for a while when you get them fresh new and take them out before each training session.


I'm a boxer so I know the outcomes.

Status halo, my nose will get smashed and having a big nose isnt a problem for men anyway.
