My goal is to reach 6'4 , 27 inch bidelt (yeah 27 you saw it right) , 19 inch arms , 5.5 psl
Current stats - 6'3, 21 inch bidelt, 16 inch arms,4 psl

I am roidmaxxing and will surgerymax too to reach my face goals
And yes I will reach fuckin 27 inch frame width it's possible everything is possible
Humans have reached moon then why TF can't i grow my frame by 6 inches huh ??

I might consider buccal fat removal as @thereallegend said it's something legit that everyone should do
Also jaw fillers ... And neck training to for the face and tret also

Microfractures
Door stretches
Gaining muscle

yes ofc, in my experience asians are usually calf moggers. white people generally have skinny calves, ofc theres exceptions. on average the odds of me being calfmogged are roughly equal in india vs the west.

actually cyclists kinda make me doubt my theory about calves being genetic. those mfs always have little cows down there.
