1. Dont talk to anyone 10-20mins before working out, leave ur phone or distraction and get mentally ready for every workout.
2.Set daily/weekly/monthly goals.
3. Get horny or angry before working out, edging to porn is good before working out not busting a nut. Specially get angry or emotional before going to the gym to use it for extra energy and fuel.
4.Invest time into making a good playlist to enjoy ur gym sessions.
5.Dont talk at the gym, only go to workout and talk after finishing your workouts.
6.Routine/exercise selection is bullshit cope, just train hard af high fucking intensity and try to get the best pump in every session. Fuck "muh science" all the jacked af dudes are very strong also so lift heavy and to failure.
7.Measure your progress with pictures, videos and with what you see in the mirror,if you dont see a noticeable difference in photos /mirror then you arent really progressing.
