Yeah no one wants a fat fuck, you can still gain just as much muscle if you at a slight calorie surplus lol. Eat enough protein no one gives a fuck the exact shit all about calories brah

dude my man skim milk is the worst dairy product you can consume because you don't get the fatsoluble vitamins
when milk is pasteurized the enzymes (like lactase which breaks down lactose) are destroyed making it much much harder on the stomach

I plan to buy a milk skimmer so I combine skim with whole milk as it will be my staple food

After 500 calorie surplus you don't gain anymore muscle and gain a lot of fat

so if you ate a 500 calorie surplus and ate 1500 surplus you'd build the same amount of muscle. But you gain more fat with one and less with the other
