Its so vile the stuff and how much she judges me. over simple stuff, im literally the most loving bf a foid can dream off. ive cutted plans for her, i was taling trains just to see her, yet she treats me with such a sad way like if im so disgusting person? even if it isnt my fault at all. blames stuff on some online ex talking him being a porn addict??? then saying im a porn addict? then acting like shes gonna throw up from a wuestion she asked and i answered. Idk just don’t let it affect you. be straight up and tell her the truth and be indifferent, have no shame if you know what I mean. Like how a therapist would talk to someone, ask her why she feels the way she does. I don’t have a gf but this works in general when people get emotional or angry at me. Always be indifferent you never want to look defensive during a serious conversation it’s law. She probably has trust issues from a previous relationship or something. And never reciprocate Anger only empathy.

If she says things like that you need to ask her why but not in a defensive way. Ask her why she doesn’t reciprocate your trust. If you do it right she has nothing to say but to admit the truth, she will undoubtedly divert the conversation and try to make you feel bad about asking questions or gaslight you but you just have to be honest and continue you will eventually break through you must be very calm and calculate tho. I have done this with angry or emotional people and eventually they are forced to confront there own physiology. Tell her straight up what you told me about what you think in wrong with the relationship. In an empathetic way tho or she will justify her own anger.
