my last looksmax run

this is the last time i seriously looksmax and try to get some validation as a soon oldcel (26)

short term:
ordered astaxanthin
ordered lash and brow dye
continue gymcelling
cut to 10-11% in 3 months
chewing falim gum
made an appointment for 2 derms to hopefully get oral minox and low dose topical fin
basic skin care products
basic grooming more seriously

long term:
gonna order threads/fillers to self inject soon
trying to get tretinoin or taz from a derm
might inject melatonan 2 if regular tan + astaxanthin aint enough

what else could i add? i dont need surgeries

i cant get shit without prescription it rly annoys me. especially because many clueless derms wont give u half the shit because they are bad at their jobs and dont even look up studies etc

last derm i talked to said i shouldnt take finasteride and get a shampoo with minoxidil or smth JFL

i stopped taking it because it made my dick limp

im very prone to side effects from 5ars

i stop porn and nofap again for a few months and take it again to see if it gets better

but yes it works, i took it for half a year before and had nice coloring if taken in combination with beta carotin

not comparable to a tan tho

Interesting you say that, i took it 3 days in a row 16mg a day and had a slight itchy feeling in my nipples and my scalp itch reduced.

Did it bring out your red undertones or something and make you lips more pink?
I took lyoocene and asthantix for like 3/4 months everyday and didn’t notice much difference btw for my coloring, but I smoked a pack a day and was constantly looking grey and pale because of that then.

Never ever take fin then bro, but I guess you’ve took it since you know you’re prone to side effects of inhibiting 5ar

I took fin for 2/3 years and had slight gyno if i took it more than 5 times a week, otherwise 0 side effects or so I thought. When i went off it my erections were way better and my dick legit looks thicker and longer now. My beard is thicker again and grows way faster and i feel stonger physically.
