I eat once around 4AM, maybe 500 calories worth of food. Then I go to sleep at 8-9AM and wake up at 5PM. I will have my other meal at 7PM which will be about 600 calories it's been working so well

I bypass the hunger by sleeping throughout the whole day and when its nighttime I just tell myself I wont eat too much because it's the night I just rot on looksmax and feel how skinny my stomach has become i cant ruin that
