-500 calories deficit
-Only protein for breakfast and lowering carbs
-HIIT cardio twice (morning fasted, after workout)
-Daily weight training (high reps light weight chasing the pump)
-Cardarine 15mg daily
-250mg test enanthate weekly
-200mg deca durabolin weekly

Make sure to eat low calorie density foods so you don't get as hungry.

Skip breakfast
1000 cal deficit
First meal of abt at 2 pm
Weight training at evening
Second meal at 8pm
20km evening walk
Sleep 8hrs

150-180g daily protein intake
Diet coke
Coffee

Niggers won't even understand getting more than 8+hrs also actually helps you being in shape

Make sure to eat low calorie density foods so you don't get as hungry.
Like popcorn for example, eat it as a snack so it fills you up but doesn't really shift too much in terms of cals @ConfusedBolivian

Very aggresive but if you can maintain that it will give fast results for sure

I am on roids and thyroid pills so that makes cutting way easier

Very aggresive but if you can maintain that it will give fast results for sure
This was my protocol before going home for holidays. Now people can't stop complimenting me about my cheekbones. Yes mine was aggressive for this very same reason altho I could've gone slower

Good idea. Is this a 500 calorie deficit from your daily expenditure after cardio etc has been added in? I'de aim for 1000 overall deficit. Make sure you increase your protein intake aswell relative to maintenance or bulking. Personally I'de just use a GLP agonist like trizepitide, but just cause I'm lazy

No déficit + cardio.

Could chuck in some clen as well if you wanted. The stuff about it fucking up your heart is bs imo, they give it to asthmatics.

I dont have money for the moment, i am saving money for test enanthate and deca my supply will end in 2 weeks, also i would like to buy some andarine since it gave me great results in the cut and also made me lose fat
