There is no natural way,
I'm on two strong medications at a time rn and it barely helps.
Accutane is the only way.

I always had had forehead acne. What worked for me is right after working out I rub this on my forehead and leave in on for about 2 minutes before showering. That cleared up my acne. Also I sometimes rub a moisturizing lotion onto my forehead afterwards.

I went through acne all through my 20s and managed to control it with diet.

A lot of people and I would also guess "most" people are insulin resistant because of our western diets
