Basically whenever I would sit, I instead squat down (when socially acceptable) like this (without the arms out):
As a screen addict, I spend literally 10 hours in my room on screens sometimes. So I just do this the whole time. My legs are so sore and I have to take breaks. Literally this could be the best life hack.
