Basically the same but instead of putting the tip of your tongue behind the teeth, bite down on the tip of your tongue and continue pushing forward and up with the middle part
This will give you chin height from the molars and back teeth not ever touching. It creates a gap between the molars and back teeth giving you instant lower third height
Also let’s the mandible condyle get displaced vertically because back teeth and molars aren’t touching (this gives you chin height in a few hours)
Thoughts on this?
There’s two major ways this gives chin height
1. Instant chin height from having space between the teeth
2. Chin height from letting the mandible condyle get displaced vertically from having space between the molars and back teeth and not letting them ever touch (takes like 1-2 Hours for it to get displaced)
I drew bellow in blue where the tongue would be
