New way to change eye color?

Recently I have come across some drops that supposedly can alter the production of melanin in the iris, they are sold on this https://www.cambiarcolordeojos.com, Very similar to lighteyez. At 50 dollars each dropper. I have read that they supposedly work and show before and after. The same page where they sell them has an exchange section. Their drops contain these ingredients according to them:
Roman chamomile, Lemon Ceuti, Chinese Herbalism, Chardonnay grape, Rose petal distillate, Pheniramine maleate and Naphazoline hydrochloride.
Can anyone back this up?

if you put "Naphazoline hydrochloride" or "Pheniramine maleate" in ur eyes because someone on .org told you to, its natural selections atp
