Many cases of frequent masturbation are due to excess cortisol/estrogen IMO, in stress-free, personality, intellect, and hobby development encouraging positive highly social environments most if not all repetitive addictive behaviors of mine completely disappeared and I had zero urge/desire for them but the moment my lifestyle becomes too monotone, boring, there is less socialization, more stress, etc. I am driven to repetitive addictive novelty seeking types of behaviors
