You continue to get stronger, not directly in more weight+ load to the exercise like squat, bench and deadlift but as in better muscular endurance, better fiber recruitment, higher muscular density, higher hemoglobin capacity, and muscular contraction increases the longer you continue to lift naturally, sure it is slow but gains are gains, maybe you won't get any bigger (0.4lb of lean tissue max a year after you lift for longer than 5+ years), but you will for sure get stronger.
