Being very shit at talking to people. It's a skill I'm still developing. Chances are it will never be something I can master.

As for anger, it's not even about getting mad easily but when I am mad, I just make the worst choices possible, and dig myself deeper. Hard to have maintained any friendships when you're parents cannot understand, and just ground tf out of you for most of your life and didn't want you to talk to people

Uni
I didn't go to uni but took some classes, it had a huge effect on all my future interactions. Just be very engaged and do all the necessary stuff, and your brain will be fine tuned to interactions with people and strangers
