Owning a Hotel is the most Profitable thing Known to Man

Imagine youve got a 1000sqm piece of land and you wanna make money.

Most people will build a big ass house.

Then u can rent it out for like 2k per month

Good profit, nice!

but u can make 100x that.

U could build a hotel, which instead of having 4-5 rooms, and only renting to 1 person.

You can build 50+ rooms, and rent them out individually. so instead of getting 2k per month. youll be getting like 30k per month

then instead of renting long term, which is way less money.

people pay way more when staying short term. like for a night, or a few days, or a week or two.

so youll end up getting like 60k per month from the hundreds of people who stay there over the month

obviously these are random numbers i pulled out of thin air. however it helps you understand the concept and how much profitable each method is

but you can see how maximizing your land space to create 50 rooms would be better than 1 luxury house.

And how renting out daily/weekly is much more profitable than monthly

now where would be the best place to buy this land/own this hotel?

western countries. because that is the place where people have the most money.

now idk which location in them countries would get the maximum booked out rate.

id imagine near a beach in southern europe? in the main cities? places like that

i suppose u could start off with small hotels, in third world country holiday place maybe.

then progress to bigger hotels there, then small hotels in the west, then big hotels in the west

It’s legit

I wouldn’t say so, because location matters a lot and revenue can fluctuate and demand can be very inconsistent.

Example your hotel is booked out for the weekend a week in advanced all the people staying over are there for a concert. Bam the concert gets cancelled 2 days before that’s all your revenue gone.

Then there’s other expenses that houses don’t have

lets say its in an ideal location where it will be booked out all the time

then it would be the highest profit real estate right?

no one will stay at ur hotel

Actuallly yea u make a good point.. most hotels like holiday ones are only booked out fully for like half the year maximum whereas a house would be 247 occupancy rate

i wonder how/where is the best place for a hotel to get maxmum occupancy rate
