When I was like 16 or 17 I was bored and searched “the most disturbing movies ever” then it was one of the films to pop up. I then went down a rabbit hole of watching disturbing films.

Legit had the same thing happen to me, I would watch many of those disturbing movies. I guess these ring a bell: I Spit on Your Grave, The Human Centipede, Cannibal Holocaust. There's more but I haven't watched them, those Guinea Pig series. Grotesque (Japanese torture flick). Out of all I Spit on Your Grave movies, I found I Spit on Your Grave 2 to be the most disturbing because of what the chick had to go through. I don't want to spoiler it for you. Oh and of course, movies like Martyrs etc. That one I watched as well. Maybe watch Inside (2007) if you haven't, that was a good one too.

My bad. Glad you enjoyed it as well. Yeah, ISoYG was remade in 2010, the original was from 1978 iirc. ISoYG 2 is from 2013, try to give it a watch if you are bored. I can hook you up with a link I think.
