No, it doesn't work that way, there's no 1PSL increase in this case, because he's still recessed and Asian, it's like let's say you have a disfigured guy with a facial tumor or something that looks like the Elephant man, if he gains several inches in height he won't become more attractive, he's still disfigured, his face failos him very hard, it's the same thing here, first he should fix the recession and race problem, and only after that he might get a small boost in attractiveness by removing the nasolabial folds...
