  • Gullibility/IQ factors
  • Genetic predispositions
  • Lack of resilience or grit
  • Environmental influences not conducive to success

  • Ineffective coping mechanisms: Struggling with stress or adversity without healthy coping strategies.
  • Fear of failure: Paralysis or avoidance behaviors due to fear of failing, leading to missed opportunities.
  • Lack of motivation or ambition: Without intrinsic motivation, external advantages may be underutilized.
  • Poor financial management: Inability to manage finances wisely can negate the benefits of a good socioeconomic start.
  • Unrealistic expectations: Expecting success without effort due to a privileged background can lead to disillusionment.
  • Entitlement attitude: Believing one deserves success without working for it can hinder personal growth and achievement.
  • Social isolation: Lack of meaningful social connections can lead to decreased mental health and motivation.
  • Adverse childhood experiences: Even in affluent settings, early trauma can have long-term negative effects.
  • Lack of adaptability: Struggling to adapt to changing circumstances or setbacks can impede progress.

  • Mental rigidity: An inability or unwillingness to change one's opinions or outlook can limit growth and opportunities.

How to overcome developmental arrest and/or PTSD from childhood adolescence:

  • Seek professional help: Therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), can be effective.
  • Medication: Consult a psychiatrist for medications that might help manage symptoms.
  • Build a support network: Friends, family, or support groups can provide emotional support and understanding.
  • Develop coping strategies: Mindfulness, meditation, and stress-reduction techniques can help manage symptoms.
  • Establish safety: Create a stable, safe environment for yourself.
  • Self-care: Prioritize physical health through exercise, sleep, and nutrition.
  • Educate yourself: Understanding PTSD can help you and your loved ones comprehend your experiences and reactions.
  • Set boundaries: Learn to set healthy boundaries in relationships.
  • Gradual exposure: Under professional guidance, gradually and safely confronting and processing traumatic memories can reduce their power.
  • Creative expression: Art, music, or writing can be therapeutic outlets for expressing feelings and experiences.
  • Patience with yourself: Healing is a process that takes time and self-compassion.

Take each day as it comes. Focus on being positive and engage with others around you.

Embarking on a journey towards healing and overcoming challenges is a courageous step. Remember, progress may be gradual, but each step forward is a victory. You have the strength and resilience within you to navigate this path. May you find peace, healing, and a sense of empowerment as you move forward.

Time will heal but change is everything. Life is all about change. Don't be scared. Move into the future. The future is scarier than your past, but it'll be pleasant and forgiving, unlike your past.

cope (for now) but I am rooting for you brother 🫡🫡🫡

You could maybe set up a TikTok of some sort of social media page where you relay your threads. They'd gain traction, very funny, unique and top quality; and so many normies are finding blackpill day-by-day so it's a growing sector.

Blackpill memes page or smth idk 😂

Should I get into cognitive behaviour therapy would it help?
Yes I think so. The UK is good for CBT. Don't know so much about the States. But I think it would be worth it man.

Cope. Pretty much every young zoomer is incel. You're probably just non-NT with limited social outlets. It's not your looks.

I've seen a handful of PSLers where looks actually were the problem. And 99% of the time they've been 45yo+ turbomanlets with ugly faces and bald who already tried multiple surgeries and got rejected cold approaching escorts in SEA.

It's looks for most old people tbh. When you are young, you can always get to MTN through looksmaxing unless you've something going on facially that throws harmony in the bin, or if you're a turbomanlet.

Most people here are fine lookswise.

Have you talked to any girls you like?

Just talk to a girl you like and make it known that you're into her. If you're too insecure to do that, work on fixing whatever's holding you back.

You will feel confident once your life is in order. You can't just get into an LTR when you call yourself an autistic abused dog. So unironically work on your confidence, anxiety and wayward thinking.

Also, girls aren't just gonna approach you and make a presentation to be your gf. You have to be the active person.

Wym within 10 seconds?

I'm not talking about walking up to strangers asking "Do you want to be my girlfriend?".

I'm talking about you getting in a relationship with someone you fancy. She'll decide whether she likes you in the first 10 seconds but after that it's up to you. You have more ability than you believe and I hate seeing zoomers self loathe. It's not right and no one is helping.

Another issue is, I have no social media, and that’s basically ur social life resumé if you know what I mean

Unironically solid thread, but as always, if one was born into normal circumstances, in normal environment and with normal looks, none of this shit would have been a problem.

Now, I need to develop coping strategies to not lose my mind during the day from accumulated mental damage and trauma that I experienced during my childhood, while other people spend their days normally. I am and always was at a huge disadvantage...

I don't know if it is possible to heal trauma, definitely not by talking to some brainwashed doctor who didn't experience and rose above such problems himself. I think that only by positive reinforcement and love from others, especially foids, can one undo some of the damage from past because lack of those things are what's caused problems in the first place, very hard to achieve if subchad...

Mine stats are:
  • Mental health issues - had severe in the past, now moderate
  • Substance abuse - had it in the past but now I stopped taking every unhealthy substance there is
  • Resistance to change - might take some time but I am capable of changing unlike many people
  • Pride and defiance - not big of an issue
  • Lack of long-term planning - I have good planning skills
  • Resistance to seeking help - where I live, literally no one can or wants to help me other than myself
  • Gullibility/IQ factors - not an issue
  • Genetic predispositions - subchad in looks plus I have genetic predispositions for bad mental health
  • Lack of resilience or grit - lesser mind would have roped a long time ago from the suffering that I have endured
  • Environmental influences not conducive to success - third world shithole so not a great place for success
  • Poor social support networks - I have ok social circle but as I said, no one gives a fuck about you here if you are a man
  • Misalignment of values and societal expectations - I will have to fraud NT better, although in reality I don't give a fuck about society
  • Difficulty adapting to adversity - same answer as to Lack or resilience or grit
  • Accumulation of financial debt as you age - I am smart with my money, I don't have a single debt plus I am just farming money

Were withdrawals hard. Were you on anything like benzos, gabapentinoids?

I used to drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes and I was a heavy weed smoker.

I think that after I stopped taking weed together with other factors was the trigger for my mental breakdown that I had in highschool. I never took some serious medication, I was kinda just surviving and going on with my life.

Never listen to copers and retards who say that weed is not a hard drug, it definitely is and I speak from experience.
