Quitting porn is easy. Like, really easy.
Firstly, you need to accept the fact that you are an porn addict. You are an addict like all the crackheads all over net work screaming for a little gram of crack. So in a way you are a crackhead.
So okay, now you accept the fact that you are an crackhead and you want to know, how can I change this ? Im not gonna say all the bad things about watching porn etc.. you already know that is bad, but tell to your self that when your jerking off on a porn actor, you are a trash bag like all the other man that jerk off on there phone (and also you becoming gay when you are watching porn because you are seing other man dick).
Firstly, what you gonna do is that you gonna block ALL the adult website, not from an application, but from the ROUTER ( search on YouTube how to block porn website from router). Why from the router ? Because its hard to bypass it.
Then, delete all the girl that make you horny on the socials.
Now that you have free time, you need to put new things on your journey for occupying your brain on not only thinking about big booty twerking.
What I recommend you is drawing. Is very relaxing and woman find out that men that draw are more attractive, so like just do it. I don’t recommend you to change porn by reading books, because you will be easily disturb by your mind when you gonna read so you should replace porn by something more manual.
I strongly recommend you to start a journal on text book, NOT ON A APP but like write on REAL PAPER. NOT. ON. A. APP. I recommend you also the bullet journal book for organising youre journey, I use it everyday and I became more productive than ever.
