We can get trapped in the idea that one race is more, or less violent than another but the truth is violence is in all of nature.
Violence from different races manifests itself differently depending on the average IQ of that race. Warfare has evolved over thousands of years, but not all races have been able to evolve their warfare equally. This breakdown refers only to MODERN WARFAR, aka post 2000.
Black People (Low) - Pack Animals
Typically small Groups of 3 to 9 individuals. Tend to attack lone individuals.
Black People (High) - War Lords
Larger military groups in Africa. Attack, rape and kill their enemies and take their resources.
White People (Low) - Large Military Conquest
White people can form large groups. To take over a territory through direct military force. They sometimes rape and kill but are not directed to do so by their higher ups. An example of this is the Russian.
White People (High) - Kinetic projection of Power
White people also engage in supplying arms to help a terrorist group that they know will use the petro-dollar, which increases the U.S.'s wealth allowing them to print more money. Toppling dictators falls into this.
Asian People (High) - Indirect Propaganda Warfare & Indirect Economic Warfare
White people have tried this MANY times, but are unsuccessful because in large groups they do not have the sufficient IQ to pull it off. Most white people are not even intelligent enough to understand how certain cultural ideas destroy an economy and a nation.
This is China using Tick tock to destroy the western economy, as well as purchasing influencing shares in google and other social networks. The ideas pushed by Chinese Tick Tock on the west are the exact opposite of the ideas they push on their internal social network owned by the same company, and the exact opposite of the ideas pushed by the government.
As a whole, Chinese military systems of people, are capable of understanding how ideas can spread, form, evolve, and destroy their enemies without any risk of direct conflict, while at the same time heavily shielding themselves from any propaganda attack that another country could try to their own population.
This is why the balance of power WILL shift to China. A large enough population with a higher IQ wins in nature.
Jews (High) - Wealth Accrual and Social Influence Technology Creation
The Jews have the highest average Iq, however their population is small so it doesn't culminate to as high of a force. They project their power by creating and owning social media websites, lobbying governments, conducting false flags, as well as occasional control of the news. They're a small group that gains wealth for themselves as well as protects themselves, but not much compared to a country like China and are even unable to prevent their own systems from being taken over by Chinese propaganda, without risking their own profits. They are the most intelligent and will always secure a comfortable place in society, but don't have the numbers to dominate.
Unknown Life Forces (High) -
You've seen the footage of the craft flying around military bases of U.S., China, and other countries as well as nuclear powerplants and then hiding under the ocean. These reports have been analyzed by scientists and governments and they all come to the same conclusion, no governments on earth have this technology.
I'm not going to make any claims about what these are, I don't know. As much as our emotional instinct to dismiss these craft as government research, they are using physics we are not even aware of moving without propulsion.
Now, what sort of power and influence operations these beings are doing, is HIGHLY speculative. We don't know. We can however hypothesize.
One possible technology that's not far off from humans is using Ai to simulate human populations and generate the perfect ideas to infect them and get them to carry out the goals of the infector. This is only an enhanced version of idea warfare which is the current age we are living in.
When we were living in the age of kinetic warfare, we would imagine aliens using far more advanced kinetic weapons. But it is likely that they have moved beyond the paradigm of idea warfare completely and are operating on a new paradigm of warfare.
The trend is to extract MORE resources from the population, at LOWER costs, and LOWER risks. Idea warfare has a lower cost than kinetic warfare.
The next trend would be an influence operation that does not destroy the target population but turns them into a powerful usable tool. The acceleration of Ai, brain computer interfaces, and the internet appear to be turning our civilization into a single powerful, intelligent, entity composed of ai, and human brains linked together and efficient more powerful social systems. If that entity has a backdoor, or a "control panel" it becomes a device that can be used by a more advanced alien entity or group or civilization.
A way to do all of this with zero risk to is to send a drone/probe to do this. But there are other paradigms and directions a super intelligence could go.
Of course the unknown life forces section is purely speculation.
