Its primarily ethnic guys who are insecure about their ethnic features/have been on the receiving end of racism and decide to be extremely racist to compensate/cope/make themselves feel as if they are now in the position of power. Or ethnic guys who desperately want to fit in and be accepted. Or the final variation is sub5 white guys who feel violently insecure, so they try to convince themselves that they have some saving grace, or superior traits (their race) when in reality, they're bottom of the barrel.

I feel bad for all of them.
