his hairline tho, also his eyebrows show that he has upper eyelid exposure
I have good eye area, I think I will ascend hard with these

But what gives him this big "bull" / neanderthal look. He did too much advancements right =?

He has very masculine ‘bone’ structure in the after photos.

His hairline is not ideal, but he looks older so for his age I reckon it’s passable.

If he was to get commissuroplasty (mouth widening) he would look even better, his mouth kinda lacks width.

If you could get similar results like he did definitely go for it.
He has a square and large chin. Which is what give him his masculine look.

I will only take custom made implants because they can fix or atleast not cause assymmetry in the face (there are exceptions)

Otherwise I would think about implants twice

yeah it might feel like your own bone after some time but deep down in your mind youd still know some foreign object is in there and youre a huge fraud. I couldnt live life that way.
