no supplements, always been doing the same 9 exercises

good progress, can tell you have similar genetics to mine muscle building wise

dont take the bulk too far though saw your other posts and you have good facial features as long as you keep this bf or slightly lower youll be golden

Nah I’m 16. I just did judo back in the day but this was like 3/4 years ago
Nobody goes from dyel to this in 3 months

Well, there’s always a first one. I mean I also got a lot of stretchmarks on my biceps because it only were 3 months

nah bro no need, i think ur current bodyfat is ideal for gains when you start, i never lost abs throughout my 5 years working out

bulking past that is a meme good luck with rest of gains bhai

I think it’s mainly just genetics bro. I only did biceps curls with barbell into failure. That’s it.
