Tbh my physique isn't that good, it's just lean with a bit of muscle. Easily attainable in a year.

My face just developed cus of late puberty. I honestly don't think it was cus of gymcelling and I think I'm just lucky that I'm a late bloomer. I just turned 19 in those first 3 before pics. Rn I'm 20 and a half.
Im at 14% at 145lb

Yeh I can't see abs, even in that enhanced lighting. Usually, with people that gymcel, if you don't have abs while flexing you're nowhere near 15%.

Skin lightening is useless unless the coloring is so bad that it ruins the entire face.Its about phenotype not skin color.

Yeh I suppress my sweet cravings by having a white monster or diet coke. I make sure I get one sweet meal a day as well which are protein pancakes. While cutting as well I'm never hungry thanks to tips from this vid
