Rate morph: Lip Lift, Blepharoplasty

Hi guys, please rate this morph here. No trolling, please. Got rated HTN by Wheat Waffles, Nero Angelo, Chadife and Road to 1%. They all rated me between 5.75-6.25. Age: 36, BF: around 12% in picture. I`m gonna do a lip lift and a blephoraplasty to fix my two biggest failos (Chin-Philtrum Ratio 1:1.75, high UEE) in December.

Minor flaws that I still have:
1. hairline (3,5 fingers instead of 3 fingers, but no hairtransplant surgent would give me a transplant, because I`m probably not even NW2 yet, also take FIN)
2. ES-Ratio (0,49, in this picture it is 0,53 due to lens distortion)
3. Nose Width (3,3-1 instead of 4-1)
4. Ear protrution (ears stick out a little)

Would you rate that picture high HTN to weak Chad Lite - and more importantly, am I safely in the top 20% percent of looks after surgery?

Forhead size is exaggerated due to lens distortion (not great for oblong face shape). Forehard size is like 6,2cm, which is completely average; not great but average

Second this. I work in eye care and our oculoplastics doc has his hands full with "fixing" botched blephs. Do NOT get this done on the cheap, or at a medspa, or by anyone other than an oculoplastics specialist. It's your freaking EYES.

Gosh, shouldn`t have posted this. Toxic shit, here. Ok, you guys disagree with four ratings that I got, ok. Than please give a percantage where I stand in terms of looks. HTN for the guys that I mentioned is like 75+ percentile? Regarding the eyebrows: Already dye it and apply castor oil. Eyebrows are not at all sparse by the way, maybe a little thin. Forehead reduction surgery? Are you guys out of your fucking mind? I have a average hairline.

Ok, yea. Hairline is not great, therefore I`m growing it out a little to cover parts of the forehead on the sides. Mouth area is by far biggest failo, due to extremly long philtrum (2.2cm currently), thin upper lip and slightly downward pointing lip. Therefore lip lift has always been top priority. Regarding the eye erea: I wore glasses for the last 15 years. Changed it due to the advise of many black pillers. UEE is of course more noticeable with contact lenses. As well as the higher es-ratio. Should I just stick to wearing glasses?

You should focus alot on the inner eyebrows they the need to line with where your nostrils are in a straight line

If that is the case, I now understand the ratings. I never said thought that I have a "1 in 92 people face". My question was if I could asend in the top 20 percent with lip lift surgery, after beeing rated htn 4x which is, like I said around the 75th percentile in the rating systems of ww and the others guys.
