if don't think you can, you clavicles just look narrow

but if youre below 23/25, you can try to boost the remainning growth with hgh or hgh raising peptides
but it's not confirmed that it works...

and at 16 you def have a lof of frame growth left
it grows until almost 25

you should really look into peptides, you might grow in height if your plates are not closed
