For legs and shoulders, theres no focus day’s as im only doing Squats and RDL’s before hitting all 3 heads of the deltoid to get death star delts.
Since theres 24 hrs max rest peroid between each workout i have a dedicated Arm day which session should only last 1 hr max because 4 excerise's total that consist of 2 tricep and bicep excerises with a focus day for each arm muscle part.
