Rate my skincare product routine- what should i get rid of?

This is gonna be my routine every morning and night. Will take hella long but it should help me tremendously

Morning:

Wash:
1) Neutrogena Men's acne prevention face wash + cold water

Product applied after washing:

1) MSM+ vit C serum + glutathione
2) Roche Acne scar medication on acne scars

3) Face toner- Loreal Hydra fresh

4) Eye Cream for dark circles (Loreal)

5) Loreal Hydra renewal moisturizer (highly recommend)

6) Maybelline Brow Pencil

7) Thin patina of light BB cream (diluted)
8) Old Spice Matte Hair Pomade (not really face but still I'll add it)
9) Castor Oil for hair
10) volufilene for eyes and lips (haven't purchased yet)

Night

Wash:
CeraVe cleanser + Proactiv cleanser (two cleansers are probably not needed)

Product applied after wash:
1) Proactiv REVITALIZING TONER

2) Tret 0.1% (used to have adapalene 0.1% here but it kept drying my fucking face out )
3) Hydroquinone 4% on dark spots
4) Proactiv REPAIRING TREATMENT (cream)

5) Castor oil for hair and eyebrows (since brow pencil has been washed off at this point)

Overall the morning routine seems too fucking long so I was wondering what I should remove from the list if anything

Just use toner at night to acidic using it 2x a day and use eye cream at night

Same with the eye cream.
Best to keep things in the simple for the morning.
Add a sunscreen too.
You need a moisturizer for the night. I like adding a coat of Vaseline to seal everything off

I used proactiv repair cream as a nighttime moisturizer since I heard Vaseline was bad for skin. I’ll look into it tho

It's a myth that Vaseline makes your skin greasy.
Helps especially during dry winters

Little to no cystic acne surprisingly, still get small amounts of fungal acne so I’m not sure how to get rid that honestly. Hopefully the Tret will do the job

- copper peptide serum
- moisturizer of choice

Before bed:

- wash face
- tazarotene 0.1%
- moisturizer of choice
- virgin coconut oil on eyelashes and eyebrows

All you need, don't forget your lips.

this is way to much stuff, you’re just getting diminishing returns. all you need is tret, a moisturizer for night use, and a sunscreen in the morning. you’re wasting way too much money for minimal returns

That’s sucks cuz vit c makes my skin colouring so much better i feel like, and my eyebags too so i like to use it in morning.
