I'm just being an objective rater. The OP post is HTN max. Here's why:

- Manlet
- Shit frame
- Short chin
- Narrowish jaw
- Very sloped ramus

And his chin and ramus is not brutal enough to drop him below chadlite

Ideally you should count everything (face, height, frame, coloring) when rating someone, facially he's strong HTN max.
