I feel bad for the guy, mine was pretty bad on my back as well when I came off my first cycle and started using accutane but I was just 20 at the time and already had bacne prior to roids. I think pale people are much more likely to carry a gene that causes body acne, which steroids then push into overdrive

Apparently he was only using Anadrol for a short cycle, he was only in the early stages of using roids it it fucked him up that bad
