Is reapplying sunscreen worth it? I feel like it gives me more spots when i reapply. Do i even need to reapply my spf 50 when i am inside literally all day

non nano zinc oxide mineral sunscreen (doesn't penentrate through the skin) is safe

uv from window is more damaging than uv outside because the red light that is supposed to offset the dna damage gets blocked so you're only getting the blue
