In white and rice countries for thousands of years, arranged marriage was a thing. People depended on their family/close social circle to find them a mate. In this environment , extroversion was of little importance when attracting a mate. It wasn't until relatively recently that arranged marriage was discarded in the name of marrying for love (i.e. the female gets 100 percent of the choice based on her subjective criteria). Combine that with a hyper individualistic society and white and Asian brahs are left to find mates in an environment they didn't evolve in.

Meanwhile, in sub Sahara Africa, they were no arranged marriage, at least for the most part. Males had to find their own mates. And men who were more extroverted did the best in obtaining mates. You have to have a certain amount of extroversion to confidently approach a potential mate and not worry about rejection or embarrassment. In sub Sahara Africa, men who were more introverted, worried about embarrassment or offending the woman by approaching her were much less sexually successful than men who were willing to do so and worry about the consequences later.
