Red spots and inflammation around mouth and nose.

So I’m having a strange inflammation around my mouth and nose, it’s all red and very dry and painful when I move my mouth.

Never happened like this, I’ve been over moisturizing for 4 days now the same zone and nothing changed.

I’m starting to get a bit worried since I look like shit now with half my face red.

I have Cicaplast but I never used it and idek what it does, do u think It could help or worsen it?

Any advice is deeply appreciated.

Yeah, if you can’t do raw meat eat rare cooked meat and animal products at least.

Also yes the moment you start eating trash modern diet they flare up again.
