Cope, maybe instead of crying about height and what is 'normie' or 'acceptable' (which is near impossible to do on an international forum like this because people, especially from US, lie about their height + height varies across the world) you should focus on looksmaxxes that are realistic and in your control. You don't need to be over 6' to get laid.

Personal opinion (from actually socialising and being with girls, groups):
5'7 and below you probably are the short guy and will get made fun of for it lightly, doesn't make it that much harder to get laid - I see it. Face is everything.

5'8 - 5'10 is the range where I see most people cry about height ironically, this is fine and if you max face + lean it's easy to get laid

5'11 - 6'1 Girls below 5'7 will call you tall openly and height is a plus for these girls(from experience), especially if lean and long legs (perception of height isn't talked about enough, it's almost as important as actual height)

6'1+ You're tall to all girls except the 0.1% of height which is fetish range anyway.

South Texas is full of manlets, but North Texas everyone is tall.
