Sagging skin need help

I know that sagging skin is caused mostly due to lack of bonemass but be honest, is there any softmaxxing solution to the skin sagging due to lack of proper bonesupport in my upper maxilla?

Started facepulling few months ago and it got little bit better (achieved like 0,5mm of forward) but imho a proper skin hydratation would make a bigger difference.

Its not visible in a good light

But in a shitty light it is incredibly bad

I smoke and drink too and im 19, im stopping both because those two are the cause most likely.

I’m trying to quit again starting from yesterday but this morning i smoked a cigarette with my coffee.

My roommate smokes weed and i’m getting addicted to it too.

I already changed to high nicotine vapes cuz it gives you “head” and you dont even need to smoke that much.

With alcohol its different I am not that addict but I use it to be as much Nt as I can. So when I go out I drink beer at home before
