I need to lose fat and at the same time built muscle
as of now i just train 1 muscle griup per day but i am thinking of doing compound lifts everyday
Eg. Bench press for chest, Deadlifts for back , Squats for legs, Shoulder press everyday to lose weight is it a good idea
