Should I get a permanent retainer or a removable one?

Getting my braces of next month and I have to decide if I want to have permanent retainers or those which you wear at night. I watched some videos of mew but he contradicts himself that bastard. Has any aspie scientist knowledge on that matter?

Well if it means anything to you, I've got the permas and they mog the night times to dr.mew and back in regards to comfort and convenience. There is no world where those little plastic shits are preferable.
