I‘m pretty fat but i‘m currently on an diet, drink 2-3 litres of water everyday, no candy or chocolate and I try to go to the gym as often as possible. But my question is, should I focus on weightloss first and then the other things, like bonesmashing, eyemaxxing and stuff?
