I know steiner analysis, delaire analysis, Alfaro analysis (dogshit btw), and other surgeon like Arnett or Gunson Analysis

It will depend on many factor for good planing

CCW is not always the key like anyone thinks here

Im against any type of jaw implant, because resultats are hard to predict depending on skin

U need and experienced surgein wuth implznts who do STUBBLE THINGS, abd not gigz chad implant which can result in a very bad outcome

Filler always give good resultats but they disolve, also i can put like 1L of this shit on your face

What i recommand if its a small thing then dont fix it

If its a big failo like very shirty gonial, implant with EXPERT SURGEON

And when i say EXPERT i dont mesn someone who is known cuz its bullshit to think knowb surgeon are the best

Noone knows about sna, snb, anb, wits etc here. Also ccw mostly is crucial to perform as most people have above 8 degrees occlusal plane. Albeit you can have below 6 degrees occlusal plane and still be downwarded grown af, ccw doesn't help then

even CCW will not fix this, u need to fix gonizl angle

Believe me that many people think Ccw is gonna make mandibul parallele to the ground but lts not the case at all

Also depend on epker cut vs obsweger

For ur case better look into implant

I have underbite and crossbite but my anb is above 0. My wits is -6.4 so kinda brutal. I know i need implants but I'm poor rotting subhuman
