you only need hyaluronic acid no moisturizer, use mineral sunscreen instead of chemical, don’t bother with otc retinoids just get a tret prescription

Ive started to eat better, cutting out sugars and fast food

and im going to buy a benchpress and stuff soon to start lifting so i can get lower bf

They are good but so expensive lol. Castor oil does not work for hair growth, don't use vitamin c serum when using retinoid.
When it comes to sunscreen just please remember that you shouldn't stay too long in the sun anyway, reapply sunscreen every 2 hours half a teaspoon dose for face(that's why it's so important to find a sunscreen you like) and wear sun protective clothing like a hat

I prefer chemical sunscreen ior mixed cuz I hate the white cast from mineral ones, chemicals don't matter unless you literally chug sunscreen from the bottle or you are allergic

Why are you tryna block the sun while you are in puberty 😂
1. To preserve existing skin collagen
2. Avoid melanoma
3. Don't get hyperpigmentation when using retinoid
Btw sunscreen does not block 100% of the uv, you will still get some radiation.
If you are worried about vitamin d then supplement it (especially if you are dark skinned)

There’s so many better ways to anti age than sunblock jfl
No vitamin d supplement will give the benefit of the sun.

how do y’all prevent a huge purge when using tret/retinoid ?

Nutrients are nutrients - no matter where they come from, if you get enough you will be fine lol. Sun is responsible for 90% of aging

What type of wrinkles? But yeah possibly, sun destroys your skin and having a tan literally means your skin got damaged.
Please don't tan anymore and stay safe in the sun, I swear you don't want both wrinkles and melanoma, which is no joke.
You can buy cheap sunpritecrive clothing if you cba to apply sunscreen on your body. Wear some kind of hats to protect your hair too.
I remember when I was in Malta as a kid and my hair got fucking fried
