I been wearing braces for about 1 year now with rubber bands and shi and after a while of not brushing my teeth after every meal i noticed tartar hardened on third molar on one side. i tried the baking soda it can't take it off and if i brush too hard my brace bracket will go loose so i have appointment soon and the dentist will shit about my hygiene what to do now?
