how do yall sleep at night knowing that you’re not sure what you will see in the afterlife?

You get used to it. Part of it is knowing yourself. Knowing you're not just a human but something more. That can't be destroyed. Eternal. Pure consciousness/energy/soul that has been shown to continue after death.

Why couldn’t it be just be paradise where the streets are made out of gold and all you feel is joy and all positive emotions and you get a happy ending.
