Heightmaxxing won't surpass your genetic potential.

I'm 18 years old, and during puberty (12-16), I only ate 1500 kcal per day and played video games all day long (6-10 hours).

I didn't take supplements or anything. I wasn't even drinking water, maybe 500ml. JFL.

At 16, I was already 1.88m = 6'2.
Now, at 18, I'm 1.91m = 6'3.

Before you cope with parents' height:
Father: 1.86m
Mother: 1.65m

I'm also the tallest in my whole family.


It's all genetics.

Don't waste all your money/time on something not easily changeable.

(only LL will save u)



To any tall users: Did you do anything to increase your height, or was it also primarily genetic?

Sleep grew me 5 inches but it was my genetic potential

its all about the biochemistry of your growth plates, their regen speed and their sensitivity to HGH and igf-1 and your natural production of these hormones. All of this is completely genetically determined.

and unlike in other cases of biotissue growth, when it comes to height if your body need more materials to create bone, the body can just leech it from your existing bones, making them more brittle but still increasing their length. Unless we eat nothing but rice and water, dietmaxxing is one of the biggest copes for height going.

LL works but the safety barrier is only about 2 inches per distraction and beyond that people get routinely crippled

But the main area of investigation we need to pour mental effort into is the engineering of artificial growth plates. I can't imagine any other promising solution to the height problem for adults.
