The method requires 3 days, repeat the process of the 3 days until you have achieved your desired body fat.
2 days are for minimal eating, eat 2-3 protein bars a day, and try not to eat at all.
the last day you need to do a lot of cardio (run 5 miles, etc) and you are allowed to have 2 medium sized meals (make sure they are very healthy and nutrient dense)
