I wonder if this could be done via surgery. I agree it is an important aspect of the aesthetic looking nose in 3d view.

Maybe with some cartilage grafts or smth like that.

I think its a new type of potential surgery that most rhinoplasty doctors havent realized the importance of enhancing this area.
