It takes 3 inches for it to really be a big enough difference to be a deal breaker.
I think this law might apply to everything because 3 inches is the scale of the human body where things either mog or become subhuman.
Like 5'10 vs 5'7 is normie vs over

18 inch bidelt untrained (average) vs 21 inch bidelt untrained (mogging)
3 inch theory. It can go in either way. If you are 3 inches below or above average that's the scale to which you are mogging or should commit suicide.
