As well all know aging has disastrous effects on the face, most of which are caused by the SMAS(a layer of connective and slightly muscular tissue which connects the facial fat to the facial bones) stretching out downwards.

Anyway, I was reading about this shit and it said how the SMAS mostly goes down because of some connective tissue loosening all over the face, so this gave me an idea:

Loooong time ago I was coping over dickmaxxing and I over-stretched my penis, it hurt a fuck-ton and actually shortened. I stretched it at low intensity everyday until I was back to normal length. But this wasn't something that only happened to my dick. Over-stretching and injuring any type of connective tissue always shortens it and the inflammation thickens it, preventing further stretching.

Not only that, but young people don't suffer the same aging affects as these older people, I theorize that their connective tissue is too strong to be stretched out by gravity just as gravity won't make your PIPI longer anymore. However as we age, we lose hormones, connective tissue gets thinner and thinner, eventually it becomes thin enough that gravity does affect it.

Also I already said a few times here that retinol to increase skin thickness is cope when you can just slap yourself everyday to stimulate thicker skin. Well what if you intensely pulled your facial skin to the point of injuring the connective tissue holding it. In theory the connective tissue will become damaged, inflammation will follow, it will thicken permanently and as long as you don't stretch it it will shorten as well.

The ironic part is you'd have to stretch intensely downwards to get upwards shortening.

TL;DR Slap your face intensely to make the skin thicker. Pull on it downwards in sudden and intensive motions to shorten the connective tissue at the top and strengthen it.

Can you show some examples? I am interested. When I went to Korea the female skin looked absolutely stunning. Even some males had skinmaxxing on point.

i use it not solely for cheeks, i usually ice bath my whole face, especially upper eyelid and then the whole midface. It makes it definitively tighter in the long run i can guarantee you.

I do already take cold showers in the morning for max cortisol. But do you think I should try icing my cheeks for like longer time than 10 seconds? Obviously with a piece of cloth in-between to prevent frostbite. I know this used to be big on lookism with Astro promoting it.

like 5 to 10 minutes every other day, definitively. do it for your whole face, it will genuinely make you skin more "alive" and less tired too, at least it's the conclusion i reached

Idk, it's still in theory. In theory if you slap your face it'll become thicker. If you somehow pull properly on your face it'll damage the connective tissue at the right places and then tighten your skin. Idk how yet though.
 
But fr, can confirm that the theory is legit, don't know which downsides it has tho

If thin skin is the issue then why not hit it to make it thicker? Every chef has thick hands from working with his hands, etc...

If pulling too hard on connective tissues causes micro-tears which eventually cause inflammation which eventually cause shortening, then why is this theory inaccurate?

Tbh bonesmashing is legit, I used it to improve my eye and eyebrow area. Just have to do it in a non-retarded way with light frequent tapping. Anything that increases inflammation and blood flow in a bone makes it thicker.

but doesnt that contradict with eyelid pull which helps making skin above upper eyelid saggier so it makes your eyes hooded

oh wow, lifefuel if true coz idk, some say icing face makes it more chubby and some say it makes it leaner
 
Tbh bonesmashing is legit, I used it to improve my eye and eyebrow area. Just have to do it in a non-retarded way with light frequent tapping. Anything that increases inflammation and blood flow in a bone makes it thicker.
i think that was just swelling, lightly tapping causes bone loss from what ive heard :lul:
 
you want thin skin for hollow cheeks etc, thick skin is looksmin isnt it?
