A yew years ago I had a conversation with someone about the gym, giving him advices I heard from YouTube and all of a sudden he asks me: Oh so do you exercise too?

I used to think I was very jacked but after hearing those words I realized I’m not and people don’t even think I exercise. Literally something broke inside me when I heard those words and I became very quiet for the rest of the day seething at those words in silence and people even asked me what’s wrong and why I’m not talking anymore.

After this I started taking the gym seriously and now I’m very jacked, because I never wanted to experience this humiliation again

I remember my gym period. holy shit the delusion was insane. I would listen to the guts theme and do 5 sets of 10 thinking im the shit. a similar thing happened when I saw a chad with the best sleeper build casually eating in the locker rooms. peak suifuel.
