I tried St. Tropez. Gave me a tan. I don't know if people think it's fake or not - no one said anything about it, but often people are polite. Of course, if you get self-tan and you see the same people that saw you just before without tan they know it's self-tan. It might still make you look better if you are pale.

Check St. Tropez. It's probably the best. Costs a bit but good.
